The leaf color measurements were high in the 25℃/20℃ and 30℃/25℃ plots for L*value, in the 20℃/15℃ plot for a* value, and in the 30℃/25℃ plot for b* value ; leaves were greenest in the 20℃/15℃ plot and yellowish in the 30℃/25℃ plot. A sensory evaluation gave a low score to the 30℃/25℃ plot in appearance but high scores in aroma and pungency.
