In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to the employees and an interview survey to the managers of the agricultural corporations.\nAs a result, it was found that there was a relationship between the level of penetration of the philosophy among employees and the degree of influence on their behavior and the level of job satisfaction. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the level of managementʼs emphasis on internally oriented functions and overall job satisfaction.\nTherefore, in order to increase the overall job satisfaction of employees, it is necessary for the management to set up a management philosophy that emphasizes more internal functions of the organization. It is necessary for the management of agricultural corporations to improve the job satisfaction of employees by conducting labor management that is aware of the factors that have a relationship with the level of penetration of the philosophy and the degree of influence on behavior as elucidated in this
