{"created":"2023-06-19T07:30:50.273193+00:00","id":896,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e946aa47-9d1e-4cb3-88df-c206d2162316"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"896","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"896"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nodai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000896","sets":["47:48:194:196"]},"author_link":["4446","4445"],"item_1_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2021-09-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"35","bibliographicPageStart":"25","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"66","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_1_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"水生植物の嫌気土壌(湛水土壌)耐性についての生理生態学的研究は,これまでシュートを介した大気からの根への酸素供給(給気)や根の呼吸による酸素消費,根からの放射状酸素放出(ROL)がそれぞれ評価されてきた。しかし,これらの特性は同所的に生育する種間でもそれぞれ大きく異なるため,個々の特性の評価だけでは嫌気土壌耐性を十分に説明できていない。そこで,本研究は,水生植物の嫌気土壌耐性をシュートの給気能力と根の酸素要求性の両面から総合的に評価することを目的とした。同様の嫌気土壌環境に分布する浮葉植物2種(Nymphoides peltataおよびN.indica)を対象に,自生地を再現した土壌環境で栽培した。そして,明暗2条件下で,給気能力としてシュート内の対流ガス流(換気)とシュートと根の接合部分の酸素濃度,組織の空隙率を測定するとともに,根の酸素要求性として根の呼吸速度とROL速度を調べた。換気能力の指標には,葉身と葉柄の内部抵抗(R),葉身の加圧効率(e),比対流効率(E)を用いた。その結果,Eとシュートと根の接合部の酸素濃度は種間で差がなく,また,根の呼吸速度とROL速度から求めた根の酸素要求速度も同程度だった。このことは,根の酸素需要とそれに応じた給気量が両種間で同程度であることを意味する。一方で,シュートの給気特性と根の呼吸特性には両種間で違いがみられ,N. peltataは空気を送り込む能力であるeが高く,また,N. indicaは根の周りの酸素濃度の減少に対して可変的な呼吸応答を示した。これらは,各種の嫌気土壌への適応戦略を特徴づけるものであり,同様の嫌気土壌環境下での生存を可能とする重要な特性であると示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Supplying O2 to roots by convective gas flow from the shoot and O2 consumption via respiration and radial O2 loss (ROL) from roots are key to anaerobic tolerance in wetland plants. I aimed to evaluate the anaerobic tolerance of floating-leaved plants, Nymphoides peltata and N. indica grow in a similar anaerobic habitat with a convective gas flow system capable of supplying O2 to roots and consumption by roots when O2 is available. I measured the internal resistance (R), pressurization efficiency (e), and specific convective efficiency (E) as main indicators of convective gas flow in shoots, O2 concentration in the shoot-root junction, rate of root respiration, and ROL rate in roots, are measured under both light and dark conditions. There were no differences in E and O2 concentrations at the shoot-root junction between the two species. Both species also use the same amount of O2 in the roots for respiration and ROL. However, N. peltata had enhanced pressurization efficiency in the shoot, while N. indica had variable respiration responses to O2 decrease in the rhizosphere.
