 note = {本稿は，開園当初から10年以上にわたって指定管理者制度のもとで管理運営された県立都市公園における実践の検証研究である。本事例で展開された自主事業が発案された経緯やその後の多義的な事業効果を指定管理者の視点から再確認し，指定管理者制度の意義や関係者とともに見出された指定管理者の社会的役割などを整理，考察した。その結果，草地の順応的管理と園地運営を連動させた自主事業を公園経営の基幹的サービスに育てることが事業体系に戦略性を与え，自主事業が地域交流などの課題解決に有効な連携手段であることが示された。また自然資源管理などの地域施策や公園サービスの活性化に貢献しうることも確かめられた。そして制度の存続や事業の継承の上に成り立つ公園経営において，指定管理者が多様な主体の参画を多段的，横断的に構成し，連携を促すことで，順応的ガバナンスの醸成に資することが示唆された。, This paper is a verification study for a suburb park established by designated administrator system.  From this review of the back ground and effects of an autonomous project over a ten-year period, we aimed to clarify the social roles and concerns of the position of park administrator.  It was verified that the autonomous project is a strategic approach to solve the social problem of involving local collaborators with the assistance of a park administrator who has park maintenance skills and makes contributions toward their local policies, natural resource management and park services.
