In spite of the fact that career women increased recently, other studies have demonstrated there are not enough women in education management in secondary education schools.  An interview survey was put into effect for 4 informants.  The informants are 2 female principals and 2 male principals.  The answers of female principals to 5 questions （turning points, self-development, private life, advice to subordinates, and relation between the career progression and professional development as a teacher） was analyzed in comparison with male principals.
