{"created":"2023-06-19T07:30:41.248851+00:00","id":671,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b1ac3150-456a-4a26-96ce-c3f1f2db8614"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"671","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"671"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nodai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000671","sets":["47:48:132:140"]},"author_link":["3769","3768"],"item_1_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"125","bibliographicPageStart":"117","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"61","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_1_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"酪農現場で調製される牧草サイレージの発酵品質は,牛乳生産に大きく影響することが知られている。発酵品質の改善が必要な牧草サイレージが少なくないのは,発酵品質に複雑な要因が絡み合っていることが原因と考えられる。そこで,牧草サイレージの診断を提案し,発酵品質の改善を促進しようとした。診断の項目は,サイレージの詰め込み時と開封後に分けた。詰め込み時は原料草の可溶性炭水化物(WSC)含量,刈り取り高さ,切断長と切断面,予乾,添加材,踏圧(詰め込み密度),開封後はサイレージの発酵品質,温度,乾物密度とした。無添加で無予乾の場合,原料草のWSC含量は9.1%DM以上の含有,予乾の場合7.6%DM以上の含有,刈り取り高さは10cm程度,切断長は10mm程度,切断面は鋭利,添加材は目的に適合した製品の選択(乳酸菌添加時の場合,WSC含量が無予乾で7.1%DM以上,予乾で6.1%DM以上),詰め込み密度(圧縮計数)は2.0~2.3以上が望ましい。開封後は発酵品質が良判定以上,温度は20℃台以下,乾物密度は150kg/m3以上が望ましい。診断により,詰め込み時の原料草に望ましい条件が備わり,適切な添加材と圧縮計数が確保されれば,開封後の牧草サイレージは高い発酵品質になり,乳牛のサイレージ乾物摂取量の向上,牛乳生産量の向上が期待できる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The fermentation quality of grass silage prepared at sites of dairy farming markedly influences milk production. Improvement of the fermentation quality is necessary in many cases, and this may be due to factors involved in fermentation quality in a complex way. Thus, we proposed a method to assess grass silage to promote improvement of fermentation quality. Assessment items were divided into those at the time of silage packing and after opening. For the items at the time of packing, the water soluble carbohydrate (WSC) content of raw material grass, cutting height, cut length and surface, wilting, additives, and compacting (packing density) were selected. For those after opening, the fermentation quality, temperature, and dry matter density of silage were selected. For additive-free raw material grass with and without wilting, WSC contents of 7.6%DM or higher and 9.1%DM or higher were appropriate, respectively, and a cutting height of about 10 cm, a cut length of about 10 mm, a sharp cut surface, selection of a product appropriate for the purpose (for the addition of lactic acid bacterium, the WSC content is 6.1%DM or higher and 7.1%DM or higher with and without wilting, respectively) for the add-in material, and a packing density (compressibility factor) of 2.0-2.3 or higher were desirable. After opening, for a judgment of the fermentation quality as good or better, a temperature of 20℃ range or lower and a dry matter density of 150 kg/m3 or higher were desirable.
