The students were asked to prepare two presentations during the class : The topic of the first presentation was involvement with animals since entering the university, and the second one was plans to be involved with animals in the near future. All students were divided into 7 groups for discussion, and one or more elected students from each group provided the presentation. In order to evaluate the presentation content, the explanations, and the method of each speaker or group of speakers, the audience (the other students) conducted two forms of assessment : A qualitative assessment with free descriptions in a worksheet and a quantitative assessment using a 5-point scale for analysis. The present study indicates that the students learned, considered, and then created "Presentation techniques", "Knowledge of animals", "Involvement with animals", and "future pathway" due to the influence of their classmates with similar interests or close in age during the discussion/presentation process.
