{"created":"2023-06-19T07:30:34.309041+00:00","id":511,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"25da0823-c80b-4acb-b690-2978c41633b5"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"511","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"511"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nodai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000511","sets":["47:48:109:111"]},"author_link":["2979","2983","2980","2982","2981","2978"],"item_1_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"63","bibliographicPageStart":"57","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"58","bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_1_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ミズゴケ属植物(Sphagnum)を用いた水質浄化の可能性を検討するため,リン酸濃度を0~1.6mgL^-^1に調整した培養液でオオミズゴケ(Sphagnum palustre L.)及びアオモリミズゴケ(Sphagnum recurvum P.)を90日間水耕栽培し,その生長量,成分組成及び水耕液からのリン吸収量を調査した。栽培終了時,オオミズゴケおよびアオモリミズゴケの草丈はそれぞれ,水耕液中のリン酸濃度0.1~0.8mgL^-^1および0.1~0.2mgL^-^1の範囲で20mm以上の値を示した。一方,両品種とも1.6mgL^-^1のリン酸濃度で草丈伸長は阻害され,栽培終了後の乾燥重量は最も低い値であった。植栽密度(m^2あたりの個体数)×乾物重量(個体あたりの乾物Kg)×植物体中リン含有量(mgKg^-^1乾物)から算出した単位面積あたりのミズゴケのリン吸収量(mgm^-^2),および酸性ホスファターゼ活性は,水耕液中のリン酸濃度が高まるにつれて両品種ともに増加した。また,水耕液中にリン酸が存在する場合,リン酸濃度に関わらず細胞膜H^+-ATPase活性は10~13μkatalmg^-^1 proteinの範囲にあり,ミズゴケは積極的に細胞内にリンを取り込んでいることが示唆された。以上の結果,ミズゴケ属植物の生育に最適なリン酸濃度は0.1~0.2mgL^-^1であり,1.6mgL^-^1のリン酸濃度条件下で生育は抑制されたが,リン酸を吸収し体内に蓄積できた。従って,下水2次処理水や河川,湖沼及び湿原にみられるリン酸濃度1.0mgL^-^1程度の低濃度リン酸汚染水の浄化にミズゴケ属植物が適応可能であることが明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The possibility of water purification by planting Sphagnum was investigated from its growth characteristics, ion uptake, acid phosphatase and plasmalemma H^+-ATPase activities. S. palustre L. and S. recurvum P. were grown in a solution with an adjusted phosphate concentration of 0~1.6mgL^-^1. At 90 days after the treatment, plant length of S. palustre L. and S. recurvum P. showed over 20mm in the 0.1~0.8mgL^-^1 and 0.1~0.2mgL^-^1 phosphate solutions, respectively. Phosphorus uptake from the solution and plant acid phosphatase activity in both cultivars showed a positive correlation with phosphate concentration, while plant growth was markedly depressed at 1.6mgL^-^1 phosphate. In contrast, plasmalemma H^+-ATPase activities showed 10~13μkatalmg^-^1 protein irrespective of phosphate concentration. The results showed that the optimum phosphate concentration for the growth of Sphagnum is 0.1~0.2mgL^-^1 in a solution, and Sphagnum can absorb phosphate and accumulate it in a plant even at 1.6mg L^-^1. Therefo t is suggested that Sphagnum can be adapted to the purification of contaminated water in secondary sewage treatment, rivers, lakes and
