Daily lighting schedule was 14L : 10D and blood sampling time was 4 : 00 a.m., 8 : 00 a.m., 12 : 00 p.m., 4 : 00 p.m., 8 : 00 p.m., and 12 : 00 a.m. Values of testosterone for cocks were : (Highest value : 2.76±0.76 ng/ml, Lowest value : 4.72±0.30 ng/ml), male guinea fowls (Highest value : 1.25±0.60 ng/ml, Lowest value : 2.71±1.01 ng/ml) and guinea fowl-chicken hybrids (Highest value : 4.75±0.37 pg/ml, Lowest value : 6.14±0.61 pg/ml).
