 note = {茶は時代により異なる社会需要に応じて,産地を変化させ,茶の栽培・製茶技術をつくりだしてきた。また,茶の生産に適した自然環境が,茶産地の形成に深く関わっている。そこで本研究では,日本における茶産地の発祥状況や形成過程を整理すると共に,地形・水系を把握した上で,茶産地における景観構造を明らかにすることを目的とした。研究対象地として,茶の生産に適した自然環境状態により栽培地が選定されていた近代以前からの産地25地区を選定した。調査分析の結果,茶産地の発祥要因は,発祥の祖の相違により4タイプに分類された。また,茶産地の形成過程は,主導者や生産・流通体制などの茶産業のあり方の相違により5タイプに分類された。茶産地の地形構造は,茶産地と河川の立地関係により4タイプに,茶産地と傾斜分布関係から3タイプに整理された。最後に景観構造のタイプ分類を行い,茶産地の景観構造は発祥時期や発祥要因によって特徴づけられると共に,これらの要因が茶産地としての選定にも影響を及ぼしていることが明らかとなった。, In accordance with varying social demands for tea through the ages, tea-producing districts were changed, resulting in development of various tea growing and manufacturing technologies. Furthermore, the appropriateness of a natural environment for tea production is considered to be deeply related to the formation of tea-producing districts. This study is aimed at summarizing the origination circumstances and formation processes of tea-producing districts in Japan and defining the landscape structures in these districts based on the identification of topographic features and water systems.The selected study areas are 25 tea-producing districts formed before the modern age when the selection of cultivating land depended on whether its natural environment was appropriate for tea production.As a result of the analysis, the origination factors of the tea-producing districts under study were classified into four types based on the originators. The formation processes of the tea-producing districts were classified into five types based on the management systems of tea-producing. Furthermore, topographic structures of these districts were classified into four types based on the relationship between tea-producing districts and water systems, and three types based on the relationship between tea-producing districts and gradients.Lastly, landscape structures were classified into types to demonstrate that the landscape structures of Japanese tea-producing districts are characterized by the origination era and factors.
