{"created":"2024-06-25T06:20:56.653960+00:00","id":2000248,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"8a5a55ae-f6ca-44e6-814e-4a44ecf20f56"},"_deposit":{"created_by":17,"id":"2000248","owner":"17","owners":[17],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000248"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nodai.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000248","sets":["47:48:1719293840000:1719296070634"]},"author_link":[],"control_number":"2000248","item_1_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2024-06-17","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicNumberOfPages":"10","bibliographicPageEnd":"28","bibliographicPageStart":"19","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"69"}]},"item_1_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"中小企業と類似した企業的経営の農業法人は増加しており，我が国の農業生産・経済をけん引するものとして，その経営状や経営戦略が地域の農業経済に及ぼす影響は大きくなっている。しかし，規模拡大をしてきたこれらの農業法人が破綻・廃業すれば，集積された農地や施設などの経営資源の分散譲渡や耕作放棄地等として有効に活用されない事態が生じるリスクが高まり，我が国の生産基盤の弱体化につながることが危惧される。そうした中，近年，一般中小企業では，親族以外の従業員等やM&A の手法を活用した第三者への経営継承が増加傾向にある。企業的農業法人においても，今後，親族以外への経営継承の重要性が増すことが考えられる。そこで，本稿では，後継者が親族以外の従業員等と未定の農業法人を対象とし，それらの農業法人が経営継承するに当たって重視している条件を明らかにするため，日本農業法人協会の会員に対してアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，法人の設立経緯や営農類型，後継者の属性間において，経営譲渡条件が異なる傾向にあることが明らかになった。これらのことから，農業協同組合や金融機関などの経営継承の支援に取り組む組織は，後継者の有無だけではなく，農業法人の設立経緯や営農類型を踏まえた経営継承策の検討を農業法人に促していくことが重要であることが示唆された。特により支援が必要と考えられる後継者が未定の農業法人においては，金銭的収入や役員貸付金の整理といった経済性を重視する傾向にあることから，譲受経営体や支援組織は，これらの点を意識した交渉や支援策の検討・提案していくことが重要といえる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this paper is to identify the conditions for management succession of non-family succession agricultural corporations in Japan. The number of these corporations has been increasing, and they have thus become a driving force in the agricultural economy. Therefore, their business conditions and management strategies have an increasing impact on the local agricultural economy. However, should they fail or go out of business after expanding their scale, the foundation of agricultural production in Japan would be weakened. In this paper, we compare the important conditions for successors, who are either employees unrelated to the current management or those who are yet to decide, to take over the management of these corporations. The results show that the characteristics of successors tend to differ depending on the farm type and the conditions of management succession.
