 note = {本論文はインドネシア西ジャワ農業青年が日本の農家での農業研修を通じて農業技術を学ぶことにより，その研修が営農にどのような影響を与えたのかを整理することを目的とした。具体的には，研修前後の営農の変化，研修効果と地域社会での活動状況を整理し，年間総販売額を評価指標として研修成果を考察した。その結果，調査を行った 7 名の元研修生は研修前の年間総販売額を飼養羽数増加，販売拡大や新作目の導入などによって増加させることに成功しており，研修成果を確認できた。また，すべての元研修生が地域の農業者組織においてコミュニティリーダーとして運営にかかわっており，主導的な役割を果たしていた。さらに，日本での経験や学んだ知識を地域の農業者に伝えるために農業者グループ内で自ら講師になり，積極的に自分の経験や知識の共有化を行っており，研修の波及効果が認められた。, This paper demonstrated how agricultural training in Japanese farm households affected the farming activities of Indonesian West Javanese agricultural youth who learned agricultural technology. Specifically, we examined the changes in farming activities before and after the training, the effects of the training and activities in the local community, and the training results using the total annual gross sales as an evaluation index.
　　Thus, it was confirmed that the training had been successful, as seven former surveyed trainees had increased their annual gross sales by increasing the number of chickens, expanding sales, and introducing new products. In addition, all former trainees managed local farmers’ organizations and served as community leaders.
